The Capital Regional Development Council works hard to solve the financing needs of many small businesses in New Hampshire. One of our most important functions is the facilitation of small business loans. We listen to the needs of small businesses and help determine the best course of action to secure the financial backing necessary for businesses to be successful. CRDC offers several loan options to ensure that a wide array of needs are met. CRDC typically fills a financing gap that has been identified by the businesses bank by providing a subordinated enhancement loan.
