Real Estate Development
In order to help stimulate economic development, CRDC purchases and develops or redevelops vacant property. CRDC also has constructed buildings for lease to private businesses.
Business Parks:
CRDC develops business and industrial parks by purchasing vacant land, subdividing the property, and installing necessary infrastructure (municipal water and sewer lines, access roads, drainage systems, and electrical lines) and selling lots to new and expanding businesses. In undertaking major development projects, CRDC seeks partnerships with participating municipalities or local economic development organizations. Some of the developments we have been involved in are:
• Concord Airport Business Park: Located adjacent to Concord Airport with easy access to I-393 and I-93, CRDC has developed this 200 acre park over the past 25 years. Building lots are available.

• Corporate Center at Horseshoe Pond:A 20-acre office park located adjacent to I-93 and I-393. This “Brownfields” redevelopment project has earned national recognition.
• Commercial Buildings: In addition to developing business parks, CRDC constructs buildings for lease and/or sale to a variety of tenants that will preserve existing jobs or create new job opportunities in the region.
