CRDC manages a variety of small business loan funds targeted to growing New Hampshire businesses throughout New Hampshire. After an analysis of the potential borrowers needs, the CRDC loan officer will work closely with your banker to determine the best program to assist the project. The program is designed as a small business problem solving fund and CRDC can be flexible in tailoring the loan to meet the needs of the borrower. The following are general program terms:
BRADFORD LOAN FUND: In addition to the direct loan programs discussed above, CRDC manages a small business loan fund targeted to growing businesses in the Town of Bradford and surrounding communities. Loans of between $10,000 and $200,000 are available for real estate acquisition and improvements. Working capital loans are also eligible. The funds can only be used to fill a gap or match bank financing. Typically, a borrower is working with a bank of a potential loan and the lender identifies a funding gap and reaches out to a CRDC lender to discuss a loan to address the gap. These funds typically provide less than 50 percent of the total project costs. Please contact a CRDC loan officer for additional information.
SULLIVAN COUNTY LOAN FUND: CRDC has more than $1.0 million to lend to small businesses located throughout Sullivan County. Please contact CRDC staff if you have a small business in need of expansion capital or an impactful real estate development project needfing assistance.
