One of our most important functions is helping small businesses receive the financial resources they need to succeed. We offer:

• SBA 504 Loans: SBA 504 loans, ranging from $50,000 to $4,000,000, to eligible small businesses to finance land, buildings, improvements, machinery and other equipment.
• Economic Development Loan Fund: Designed to help stimulate economic development, this option is offered to small businesses located in Belknap, Grafton, Hillsborough, Merrimack, and Sullivan counties. Maximum loan amount is $150,00
• IRP Loan Fund
• Opportunity Corridor Loan Fund
