CRDC is pleased to announce Chuck Gilboy has joined the team as Business Development and Loan Officer.

“Chuck comes to CRDC with experience in mission-based lending which is very important for our success,” said Stephen Heavener, CRDC Executive Director.  “As a non-profit development corporation we provide a variety of economic development services and small business loans to businesses and local governments throughout New Hampshire,” added Heavener. “Our loan programs are focused on providing financial support to businesses in order to promote economic development, to foster the creation of quality jobs, and to enhance the economic well-being of our local communities. We are excited to have Chuck join our already dynamic team of loan officers. His expertise in regional development will continue to strengthen our mission-driven lending with the dozen or more New Hampshire banks we work closely with.” 

Chuck Gilboy received his undergraduate degree from Elon University in North Carolina. He continued his education at the University of New Hampshire where he earned his Master of Business Administration. Most recently Chuck was a loan officer with Grafton County Economic Development Council in Plymouth, NH. Prior to that Chuck was a business advisor with the New Hampshire Small Business Development Center (SBDC) where he led the agencies education platform in COVID-19 Relief Programs. Chuck also played an integral role at the New Hampshire Community Loan Program as a loan officer.

“I’ve always been drawn to non-profit economic development,” said Chuck Gilboy, Business Development and Loan Officer. “CRDC’s mission-based lending is critical to New Hampshire’s economic development. CRDC has assisted countless small businesses with the much-needed gap financing that was critical to closing their loan. I am excited to be part of a non-profit that focuses its lending decision on creating quality employment and enhancing a communities well-being.”
